Restrictive Covenant Outline

  • No monthly HOA assessment to homeowners.
  • All architectural and improvement submittals shall be reviewed by the Design Review Committee.
  • All construction shall be completed within 7 months from the commencement of construction.
  • Builders are responsible to install full yard landscaping. Landscaping must be completed within 6 months following the occupancy of any home. While normally completed upon each home closing, the 6 month grace period allows for proper seasonal planting.
  • Homeowners are responsible for maintaining landscaping on their property.
  • Lot owners shall be responsible for maintaining all improvements as well as the grade of each individually owned lot.
